MoodBug is a fictional app created to help the user keep track of their mood, as well as their schedule and goals throughout the week. The app allows the user to write down any “takeaways” after every meeting, if they chose, and be able to sketch out or write down any ideas or thoughts that come to mind. For their mood log, every time the user enters in their color represented of their mood, a butterfly of that color appears in their “mood jar”.
This app is inspired by bullet journaling, where someone can keep track of their schedule, moods, dailies, etc. in a fun and creative way. The color palette of cool and warm tones give the viewer a sense of calm and warmth. Lastly, the fonts used are Etna (Black) and Century Gothic Pro (Bold) both of these fonts are on the heavier side to stand out against the color palette.

Art is something that I am continuously learning and pushing myself to excel in. Through art, I have been able to connect with others and meet a lot of interesting people. I have been around artworks and supplies all my life with my mom being an art therapist. The concept of surrealism has always interested me as an artist. I find that it allows the artist to twist reality in a creative way. Surrealism allows the artist to tell a story within the piece. The creativity and ideas behind art always draw me in. In my own personal artwork, I like to include elements of surrealism and create a story behind the works.
